was quote from a poem written to induce courage and bravery in
citizens to free themselves from the British. I still qoute this in a
different context of freeing the barriers in the mind the troubled
youth to lead the future with pride.another stiking line from the
poem is “ breaking walls” this makes a statement and throws a light on
the mind of the human kind are clustered and blocked by walls of
doubt and dark ways that put the precious mental helath at a fatality.
There are many ways to get the youth or anybody with a troubled
mind out to the other side of the tunnel. The first and foremost
thing one should do when they perceive trouble is seek support from
family or friends. And the escalation must surely be taken to a
profesional. Seeking help is still considered to be a stigma, but the
fact is it should not be. Normalizing the whole process of walkingeach other through the troublesome time gives a new and added
beauty to the wholistic concept of humanity in the troubled world.
